Lisa is a 1990 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Architecture.  Lisa was licensed as an Architect in Oklahoma in 2001 and Joined QA in May of 2017. Project responsibilities span all parts of building phases such as planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.  Lisa also has experience with a variety of project types such as banks, schools, early childhood learning centers, laboratories, student housing, multi family, retail centers, office buildings, clinics, shelters, casino and gymnasiums.

Rick Stuber is a 1976 Graduate of University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Architecture.  Rick was licensed as an Architect in Oklahoma in 1979 and started Rick Stuber Architecture in 2010. Since Rick wanted to retire in 2025, he sold his company to Lisa Quinnelly in January of 2024 and works part time two days a week. Although he will be retiring soon, he will still be around to give advice and direction if needed.

Cheri got her start in interior design when she received a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1993. She has designed new and renovated spaces for educational institutions, multi-family housing projects, healthcare facilities, offices, spiritual organizations, and retail stores. Cheri brings a wealth of knowledge in millwork design, cabinetry and furniture layouts, and construction. Her favorite phase of design is color coordination, selecting materials, and creating renderings to bring a client’s vision to life.

Scott is responsible for AutoCAD operations for the Firm.  Scott has experience with numerous computer assisted drafting programs and received an Associates Degree in Computers from Star Training Institute in 1996.    Scott maintains the Firm’s archives and computer network. Scott assists with the production of construction and design documents as well as  3-D modeling.  He has been employed with the firm since 2010 and is a proud veteran of the Marine Corps.
